I’ve been seeing this idea around the blogosphere and decided to give it a try for a recent date night with G–it’s a floor-length skirt pulled up and worn as a knee-length dress!
Skirt: Old Navy
Belt: Gap
Shoes: White Mountain (from DSW)
Pregnancy: 17 weeks
I especially loved how full and flowy it was at the bottom. It was a lot of fun to wear for our night on the town!
I would have never know your secret if you hadn’t shared! It looks great!
Adorable!
Super cute!!! I love it:)
I LOVE IT! You look so beautiful!
So smart! I have a long white, fullish skirt I should try that with.
oooh I do this all the time! one of my favorite ways to remix:0)
you look absolutely lovely<3
Looks great. You have such a flair for fashion.
Red shoes are key. This makes me want to run away from my scary little office to the hamptons immediately. Although I only know what the hamptons are like from Real Housewives and PDiddy.
love it
looks great!! you wear it well
Ooh, I want to do that when I get skinny again. IF I get skinny again. You look amazing. And so HAPPY!

Great idea!
Super cute!
Chelsea
what a fantastic way to wear a skirt! one question: what kind of slip, if any, do you wear under that? white is always so see-through.
Thanks everyone!
@Martinis or Diaper Genies?–LOVE your screen name, lol!
@jbhat–You’ll be back to your pre-baby shape in no time, girl!
@bklyn–Luckily this skirt was already lined, so it didn’t need a slip. I just made sure to wear nude-colored undergarments and it was all good.
I am in love with this. LOVE. I may make you wear this as one of your outfits for the pictures if it still works…
You look adorable!
genius.
you should totally get pregnant more often…you look like a glowing goddess.
